Parking spaces have been fenced off at a Kenilworth supermarket car park as improvement works get underway.

Waitrose began work on its car park on Monday (10 August) as the town centre store gets ready for a major refurbishment.

Few details of what will change at the car park have been confirmed, but Waitrose has said the project is due to finish on Friday 30 October.

Spaces across the top level of the car park have already been restricted.

The work starts as Waitrose also introduces shorter free parking times at its Kenilworth supermarket.

The major retailer is also set to begin a refurbishment project at the shop later this month.

Nub News contacted Waitrose for more information, but was told exact details of what is changing cannot be shared yet.
