A new Giggling Squid restaurant has officially opened in Knowle.

The Thai chain threw open its doors for the first time on November 12 after weeks of work converting the former Loch Tyne unit.

The High Street eatery adds to Giggling Squid's local outlets in Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon and Leamington Spa.

Giggling Squid said its menu takes "inspiration from Thai traditions and legends" and features "vibrant, fresh and flavoursome dishes" celebrating the "abundance of exciting and exotic ingredients" found across Thailand.

"Every Giggling Squid has its own personal touch to it, and this restaurant is no different; it’s a beautifully designed space that we hope will bring a lot of pleasure to our guests.

"We can’t wait to welcome everyone and become part of the local community.”
