A stunning £3.5 million house in the Cotswolds is up for grabs in a prize draw - and comes complete with a heated pool.

The winner of the Omaze Million Pound House Draw will get the keys to a countryside retreat surrounded by woodland.

It has a 10-metre pool and is within walking distance of the village of Chipping Campden.

The dream four-bedroom home comes mortgage-free with all stamp duty and legal fees covered.

The winner is also given £100,000 cash to help them settle in - and is free to either live in the house, rent it out or sell it.

If the winner decides to rent it out, local estate agents estimate that the property could achieve up to £15,000 a month from rentals.

What Will You Win?

The 4,250 sq ft property has been contextually designed to sit comfortably in the surrounding landscape and built using local stone and timber.

A combination of traditional Cotswold architecture has been blended with striking contemporary elements that successfully links to the past and the present.

The heart of the house is an open plan kitchen and dining room, with a comprehensive range of Siemens appliances including two ovens, a microwave, coffee machine, two plate warmers, dishwasher, integrated fridge and freezer.

The house also comes with state-of-the-art intelligent and efficient heating and lighting systems.

Paved terracing runs along the rear elevation with steps up to the well-maintained, level lawns interspersed with specimen trees and mature planting to the boundaries.

The one-acre plot is surrounded by mature, well-managed woodland.

The house also comes with a 10-metre x five-metre heated outdoor swimming pool that has a sun lounge and patio area to relax in.

The property has electric gates with an intercom system. A gravel drive leads through the front garden and the double garage.

Adjoining the garage is a workshop or garden store and a plant room.

Charity Fundraising

As well as making its Grand Prize winner a multi-millionaire - the Omaze Million Pound House Draw, Cotswolds - will also support the NSPCC.

This is the second time the charity has teamed up with the fundraising platform.

The first partnership, in 2021, raised £1,000,000 which funded 33 days of Childline support and facilitated 23,000 counselling sessions.

The latest Omaze Million Pound House Draw will raise crucial funds and awareness for the NSPCC's Speak out Stay safe programme.

It educates school children about abuse and empowers them to speak out if they feel anything is wrong.

NSPCC research has shown that one in five children in the UK have experienced abuse.

Omaze has guaranteed a minimum donation of £100,000 and has a target of at least £500,000 - that will be allocated to the programme.

The draw is backed by NSPCC supporter and singer, Lemar.

Lemar said: "The NSPCC has been protecting children for over 100 years – the work that they do is truly life-changing.

''Everyone who enters will be contributing towards the charity's Speak Out Stay Safe safeguarding programme, which is available in all primary schools in the UK and Channel Islands.

"Through Omaze's innovative approach to fundraising, the Cotswolds draw will help the NSPCC continue its incredible work helping to make millions of children safer from abuse."

James Oakes at Omaze said: "We're very proud to be partnering with the NSPCC again for our latest house draw in the Cotswolds.

''By offering this beautiful property, along with £100,000 in cash, we're giving people the chance to live mortgage and rent free for the rest of their life - as well as raising money for charities whilst introducing them to brand new audiences.

"We're incredibly proud that the Omaze community has already raised £11,150,000 million for good causes across the UK."
