‘How to Train Your Dragon’ author coming to Kenilworth

Locals are in for a treat this April as bestselling author Cressida Cowell heads to Kenilworth.

Famous for penning 'How to Train Your Dragon' the popular writer will be heading to Kenilworth School & Sixth Form on Sunday 19 April for the event titled 'An Afternoon with Cressida Cowell'.

Costing just £5 a ticket, the date is the latest offering from Kenilworth Books, which is well known for its popular literary events.

The day will be all about the paperback release of Cressida's latest work Which Way to the Future.

"Join us for an unforgettable afternoon with bestselling author Cressida Cowell," the Kenilworth Books team said. 

"We're celebrating the paperback release of Which Way to the Future, the third thrilling instalment in the Which Way series. 

"Expect an action-packed session as Cressida shares the inspiration behind her stories and reveals her top tips for aspiring writers and artists. 

"Energetic, inspiring, and totally unmissable!"

The former Waterstones Children's Laureate's event will start at 1pm on Sunday 19 April.

The announcement comes hot on the heels of more of Kenilworth Books' Saturday Signing events which see a huge range of authors come to the shop in Talisman Square to sign copies and speak to fans.
