Kenilworth's weekly market at Abbey End has been cancelled today (March 12) due to strong winds.

Organiser CJ's Events Warwickshire confirmed the news in a statement.

It said: "We've been closely monitoring the weather over the past 24 hours and are aware of the Yellow Weather Warning in place on Thursday 12 March 2026 for strong winds.

"Given that the forecast hasn't improved, we've made the difficult decision to close Kenilworth Market tomorrow, Thursday 12 March 2026.

"We're really sorry for any disappointment caused, but the safety of everyone involved is our top priority. Thank you for your understanding and continued support."
