An independent Kenilworth estate agent has launched a brand new website in time for the new year.

Julie Philpot Residential revealed the new "easy to navigate" website just before Christmas.

Started in 2019, the independent business has continued to grow ever since and the new-look site now includes the recently-launched lettings offer.

"We were really pleased to have the new website sorted in time for Christmas and the Boxing Day browsers," business owner Julie Philpot said.

"There is now a section for our new lettings which is great.

"It looks a lot cleaner, more up to date and more user friendly; it's really easy to navigate.

"And there is lots of useful information there about buying, selling and about the local area too."

As well as a full guide to all the homes being promoted by Julie Philpot Residential, the website also includes handy guides for new landlords letting their properties.

This as well as guides for renters and buyers.

Julie Philpot Residential was first launched in 2019, when Julie decided to swap her job at a corporate, high street brand to launch the owner-led, boutique business.

Since then, the company has grown quickly, scooping multiple industry awards and building its reputation for standards of service and customer care. 

The new lettings offer was officially launched in 2025, and has already seen lots of enquiries coming in.
