An independent Kenilworth estate agent is "really excited" to announce the launch of its new lettings agency. 

Julie Philpot Residential was first launched in 2019, when owner Julie Philpot decided to swap her job at a corporate, high street brand to launch the owner-led, boutique business.

Since then, the company has grown quickly, scooping multiple industry awards and building its reputation for standards of service and customer care. 

And now launching new lettings department is the latest step forward for the growing firm, with its first Kenilworth property already successfully let.

"The lettings service has been in the planning for around 12 months, and we are really excited to get it going," Julie told Nub News. 

"We want to provide the same standard of service, from an independent, owner-led business that we have done on the sales side of things. It is all about expanding on that ethos.

"Our lettings will follow the same boutique approach where it is very much quality over quantity.

"It will follow the same principles as our sales side, being a more boutique service.

"Donna has lots of experience in lettings, so landlords and tenants will be in good hands, she is really looking forward to getting going. 

"We will offer a Premium and Fully Managed service, a Letting and Rent Collection Service as well as Let Only.

"We want to tailor the service to our clients needs."

And as the business reaches its seventh anniversary, Julie said she is incredibly proud of what it has achieved in such a short space of time. 

"It is the best decision I have made," she said. 

"It is brilliant when I am out valuing or doing viewings and people love the fact that the owner has a hands on approach and is part of the day to day running of the business. 

"I can honestly say I have never looked back. 

"And now I am so excited to see what this next chapter brings for us, and how we continue to lead the way in the local property market."
