Here are our top picks for the coming days.

1. Food Festival

The highly anticipated Warwick Food Festival is set to return this Sunday (26 May) offering a "delightful culinary experience" in the heart of the historic town.

Hosted by CJ's Events Warwickshire, the festival promises to be a mouthwatering celebration of the region's vibrant food and drink scene.

And for 2024 the major community event is moving to a new location - swapping Market Place for St Nicholas Park.

The Warwick Food Festival will feature an impressive array of over 80 local and regional traders, showcasing a diverse selection of street food, local produce and bars.

2. Castle Hill Fest

Castle Hill Fest will return for a third instalment on Monday 27 May!

Running from 10am to 6pm, businesses on the street - including Time for Tea, Morning Sunshine, Harringtons on the Hill and The Clarendon Arms - are taking part, with food and drink, music and activities on offer.

"We are looking forward to a second year of our Castle Hill Fest with the first one this bank holiday Monday and the second one in August bank holiday," organiser Owen Prosser-Stock told Nub News.

"There will be food, drink, music, stalls to browse and face painting and more fun for the kids to enjoy."

3. Shelia's Island

Final tickets still remain for this week's production of Sheila's Island by renowned playwright Tim Firth.

Set against the backdrop of a remote island in the Lake District, this comedy promises an evening of laughter, friendship, and unexpected twists.

Directed by Jill Laurie, Sheila's Island follows the story of four menopausal middle managers who find themselves stranded on an island during a team-building exercise gone awry.

Performances will run through to Saturday 25 May at the Talisman Theatre and Arts Centre, Barrow Road, Kenilworth.

Don't miss your chance to embark on this hilarious and heartwarming adventure! Tickets are now available online at www.talismantheatre.co.uk or contact the box office on 01926 856548.
