"Bringing people's dreams to life" is the motivation for a local architectural practice which specializes in bespoke residential design.
Award-winning architectural technologist Matt Willemsen launched MWArchitectural in 2018, working with clients across Kenilworth, Warwickshire and the wider Midlands to help bring their ideas to reality.
The business works with homeowners, businesses, developers and builders and is flexible to meet the clients' needs and ambitions.
Recent projects have involved completely bespoke new-builds as well as extensions and house remodellings.
And for Matt - who initially trained at Coventry University before completing further study at Oxford Brookes and now Cambridge University - creating close relationships with clients is vital to what he does.
"Other than buying a house, extending it or altering it is normally the largest financial investment that someone can make," he told Nub News.
"It is a big responsibility.
"You need a good relationship with the people helping you through that, from the designs to the build.
"It is all about the personal trust that is developed between myself and the client.
"From me, that comes from being honest from the start and throughout the process.
"If you can speak honestly and truthfully about something, I think that goes a long way."

During his time in industry Matt has worked on a wide range of projects from redesigning Triumph motorcycle dealerships to creating data centres and power plants and even working on major housing developments.
He also still works on conservation projects in and around Coventry.
It is that sense of place and connection to the locality which is one of a number of things which sets MWArchitectural apart from other local practices.
"We have a personal connection to the area and a thorough understanding of local planning rules and design principles," he said.
"In terms of other USPs, there is also my training. I have a technical, architectural engineering background and have completed further study on the more conceptual side of architecture too, meaning I can handle both the aesthetics of a project as well as the actual 'getting it built'.
"I am also a fully Chartered Architectural Technologist; many firms are not chartered and that does make a difference."

MWArchitectural also works with clients for the whole duration of a project, from inception right through to the build actually being completed.
At the beginning of every process Matt will have a free consultation with a new client to discuss their ideas and to see how he can help.
If they then proceed with the project he will create fully three-dimensional designs for the build - something most other firms do not offer for smaller-scale schemes.
Matt then continues to advise through the planning and can still be involved during the development stages to ensure there is continuity throughout the project.
"I'm happy to have conversations with people, regardless of how serious someone is about completing a home construction project," he explained.
"Some clients will come very open minded and will look for you to find a solution and what will work in that specific area.
"Others come with very set ideas and you need to help them match it to what will actually be allowed through planning.
"I am happy to work in both ways; above all it is about listening to the client, what they want to achieve, and helping them get there.
"We can be involved right through the process, through the management of construction tenders, choosing the right builder and contract and answering important questions during the construction period.
"That helps provide consistency and can reduce the stress on the client as we are there to help liaise with builders and other people involved in the build."

Unlike bigger firms which offer a set style in their designs, Matt is also able to tailor his work to suit the ideas of the client, the style of the home and the local area.
And as the business continues to grow and more projects come in, he said he has not lost that love for working closely with a client to help bring their vision to life.
"I consider some of my clients my friends - that's a little bit cliché, but it is true," Matt continued.
"You really get to know someone over the course of the project, and you take it personally because you want to deliver something great for them.
"I worked previously on big housing developments or power plants on different continents that were for big corporations: that is less rewarding as there was no connection.
"But I have worked on some incredibly personal projects for local people and that has been far more satisfying.
"The residential work is all about human connection, which is what I love."
