A great day out and a chance to discover a completely new lifestyle are both on offer at a fantastic free show returning to South Warwickshire this June.

Having been running for over 30 years, the World of Park & Leisure Homes Show heads back to the NAEC Stoneleigh from Friday 6 June until Sunday 8 June.

This enormous event will turn a large part of the showground into a mini-park with around 60 park homes and lodges available for guests to explore.

The event - organised by Pat and Jo Turner - will give visitors the chance to discover everything including luxury lodges, residential park homes and quirky tiny houses.

An opportunity to find out more about potential park home sites, as well as the homes and lodges themselves, the World of Park & Leisure Homes Show also offers a glimpse into the wonderful leisure lifestyle on offer and potential retirement options that many may not have considered before.

"Park and leisure homes are massive all over the world now," show organiser Jo told Nub News.

"People have more lifestyle choices now and the park homes give people a really different alternative to consider for their both their retirement and hard earned leisure time.

"They may not want to go into a flat or a retirement home, but they can buy a park home, on a beautiful countryside site with like-minded people, in a community, and feel safe, while enjoying a great quality of life.

"And with the leisure homes, people can buy a place on a beautiful park in a highly desirable area to spend their weekends or holidays relaxing and enjoying their hobbies and leisure activities.

"It's an affordable chance to escape into the countryside and break up their normal routine."

The industry-leading event brings the biggest manufacturers to South Warwickshire, as well as many park site owners and from across the UK and beyond.

It means the World of Park & Leisure Homes Show offers something for everyone - an insight into a new world for some, the chance to find out more about park homes for those interested, and the chance to upgrade your home for those already enjoying the lifestyle.

And on top of that, it is a fantastic, free - and dog-friendly - day out in the Warwickshire sunshine.

"You get a real insight at the show into what it could be like to live in one of these homes," Jo explained.

"You really feel and breathe in the wonderful lifestyle."

Pat added: "Obviously we hope for a lovely sunny day, but even if it is raining, you still get a real idea of what a fantastic lifestyle is on offer.

"And the best thing about the show is, even if you don't know anything about park homes, or have never even heard of them, it is a great opportunity for a fantastic day out and a chance to explore the showhomes and lodges on view and find out more about a really exciting life changing opportunity."

Sponsored by Berkeleyparks, the event is kick started with a trade-only day on Thursday 5 June, before the public are welcomed for free for the rest of the week.

This year as the show continues to expand, a number of new companies and exhibitors will be attending the show including The British Pod Co with their fabulous range for visitors to explore.

And the growth of the show over the last three decades reflects the growth of the industry.

"People are retiring earlier, people are retiring younger, people have more leisure time, people want to relax," Pat explained.

"A lot of people don't want to just stay in their home in the city, they want to head to the countryside or coast to enjoy the fresh air.

"And the luxury and the standard of the homes, plus the standard of the parks themselves is incredible. It is a really attractive retirement idea.

"And it is something completely different as a leisure or holiday option.

"It truly is a nice thing to do - especially with people wanting to holiday in the UK and feel part of a community of like-minded people."
