Road closure details for Two Castles Run 2023 announced
Having returned for the first time since before the pandemic in 2022, the Two Castles Run will once again head to local roads on Sunday, June 11.
The event, which is organised by the Rotary Club of Kenilworth and Leamington Cycling and Athletic Club, will see competitors complete the 10km distance between Warwick Castle and Kenilworth Castle.
The route will take the runners from the centre of Warwick, through Leek Wootton and onto Kenilworth where they will finish in the grounds of the castle.
This weekend will be the 39th year of the race, with entrants raising money for causes of their own choice.
Runners will leave Warwick Castle at 9am and head through Warwick along Coventry Road towards Leek Wootton via Hill Wootton Road.
They will then turn right onto Warwick Road, then left at The Anchor Inn along Woodcote Lane.
Then they will join Rouncil Lane, then Rounds Hill before heading along John O'Gaunt Road, Fishponds Road, Castle Road and left into Brays Car Park.
