A car was stolen without its keys in Burton Green yesterday (October 4).

A grey hybrid Range Rover was stolen from the drive of a house on Cromwell Lane between 2.50pm and 3.15pm.

A child's bicycle, four child's seats and a set of kids gold club inside the vehicle were also taken.

Kenilworth Watch said: "The vehicle was stolen without its keys suggesting that this may be a keyless entry theft where a device has been used by the offenders to contact the vehicle keys inside the property."

The theft is the latest in a series of keyless car thefts in the area.

Police issued a warning to residents at the beginning of September that extra precautions should be taken to prevent such crimes.
