Railway carriage moved along M40 in Warwickshire

Police were needed to help transport a railway carriage along the M40 yesterday (November 7).

Warwickshire Police's abnormal loads team helped safely escort the train along the motorway to the Rail Innovation Centre in Wilmcote on Thursday.

"Allelys Heavy Haulage had no Issues with this 100 tonne load," the police said.
