The popular Pub in the Park event will not return to South Warwickshire in 2024, with its organisers saying it "isn't viable".

Four locations have been announced for Tom Kerridge's festival next year as the tour slims down from the 10 weekends this year.

In 2023 Pub in the Park made the switch from St Nicholas Park in Warwick - where it had visited three times - to Leamington's Victoria Park.

But the event will not visit anywhere in the county in 2024.

"We loved hosting Pub in the Park in Leamington Spa but regrettably it isn't viable to continue, and therefore we're focusing on building four of the best events we can in 2024, using learnings from the ten-event tour last year," a company spokesperson said.

"We appreciate that may be disappointing news but hope you'll be able to come to your new nearest Pub in the Park event.

"We will be ready to welcome you with open arms."

Instead, the food festival will now only visit Marlow, Reigate, Chiswick and St Albans.

The company did not respond to our question as to whether Pub in the Park may ever return to South Warwickshire.
