A five acre plot of land near Kenilworth is currently on the market with local property agent Wareing & Co.

The land off Leicester Lane to the north of Cubbington was previously used as a materials store by the council.

It is now available for purchase for £2 million.

The land has planning permission to be used for storage.

The brochure says: "The site is currently laid to a mix of hard standing and bunded landscaping, with secure gated access directly off Leicester Lane.
