A power cut has hit Kenilworth homes (image via WDC)

Electricity has returned to Kenilworth homes following a power cut this morning (August 28).

Some 2,000 homes in the CV8 area were without power from around 9.20am this morning.

National Grid confirmed just before midday that power had been returned.

A cause of the power cut has not been confirmed.
