Officers searching for a missing Warwickshire woman have released a new image of her, as they continue to call for information.

Warwickshire Police says it is becoming "increasingly concerned" for the welfare of Elizabeth Jones who has been missing from Salford Priors since Friday morning (May 24).

"As we continue to try and find a missing woman, we've released a new photo and more information about her car," the force said.

"Elizabeth Jones - known as Liz - was reported missing on Friday (24 May) from her home in Salford Priors.

"The 59-year-old is described as white, 5ft 9in tall, with brown hair.

"Along with her family, officers are becoming increasingly concerned for her welfare so we have released a further image in addition to the image we put out previously.

"We previously said how Liz is known to drive a black Honda Civic with a full registration plate of VE68 RYY and we're now asking those who may have seen Liz or has noticed the car to get in touch."

Anyone who sees her is asked to call police on 999.

Any other information that may help police can be provided online or by calling 101.
