A new café bar and restaurant is set to open at Warwick Arts Centre this March.

Benugo Bar and Kitchen will open on Monday 7 March as part of the final phase of the £25.5 million redevelopment at the centre.

Situated in the building's new foyer, Benugo will open daily from 9am-11pm offering food throughout the day as well as operating the theatre's bar during performances.

The company opened its first cafe in London in 1998 and now has sites at the V&A, BFI, the Wellcome Collection, British Museum, Asmolean Museum, Bletchley Park, and now Warwick Arts Centre.

"We can't wait to open our new Benugo Bar and Kitchen and bring our impeccably sourced, delicious food, carbon neutral coffee, and wide range of cold press juices and local beers to a new audience," said founder Ben Warner.

"We're delighted to be working in partnership with the prestigious Warwick Arts Centre and look forward to welcoming our new friends to this beautiful space from March 7."

As well as its award-winning carbon neutral coffee, the kitchen will have a dedicated breakfast menu.

Pizzas are served freshly made, available to eat in or to takeaway, alongside a much larger food menu.

Warwick Arts Centre director, Doreen Forster, said: "We're so looking forward to welcoming Benugo Bar and Kitchen into Warwick Arts Centre - it's the perfect place to enjoy a meal before, or after, a performance, as well as being a destination in itself, perfect for meeting up with friends or family.

"With our amazing new cinemas, and superb reconfigured gallery spaces now open, the arrival of Benugo Bar and Kitchen completes our transformation."
