Multiple objections have been made to an application which could see the NAEC Stoneleigh used as a campsite on selected dates for another five years.
Grandstand Stoneleigh Events has applied for permission to provide camping on the site for up to 30 events per year, with up to 1,524 tents and caravans allowed in pockets on the site at any one time.
The company already has permission to host campers, with permission expiring in April 2025.
The five-year extension would also see camping restricted to no more than seven days per event.
The application to Warwick District Council states a number of rules and regulations are enforced on campers.
These include no outdoor activities after 11pm, no excessive noise, no ball games, and no BBQ's.
Guests are also told not to leave rubbish, keep dogs on a lead and to clean up after their pets.
But multiple local residents have objected to the scheme, saying previous events have led to multiple complaints to the local authority.
Paul Harris said: "Previous events have been poorly managed with a lack of traffic management and security, allowing access to the private road.
"There are constant security issues, with cars and commercial vehicles parking and utilising the private estate roads of the Cunnery and Grovehurst.
"The camp site occupiers walk dogs, leave waste and litter and have created damage to fences and verges on Mary Lodge drive."
