Motorcyclist dies in village crash

Police are appealing for witnesses after a motorcyclist died in a crash near Wolston.
Warwickshire Police said it received multiple calls around midday on Thursday (16 April) about a collision between the rider of a Yamaha motorbike and the driver of a VW Tiguan close to Dyer's Lane on the Fosse Way.
Officers attended but the motorcyclist – a man in his 60s – died at the scene.
His next of kin has been informed.
"Investigations are underway and we're asking anyone with dashcam footage of the collision or who saw anything get in touch," a force statement said.
"If you can help or have any footage, please contact us quoting incident number 159 of 16 April."
