A 27-year-old man charged with multiple sexual offences against two teenage girls has pleaded not guilty.

Ahmad Hania, 27, was arrested after the alleged incident at a Kenilworth hotel in August this year.

He appeared at Warwick Crown Court on Thursday (September 24) and pleaded not guilty to six counts of sexual assault.

Mr Hania, a Syrian national from King Edward Road, Nuneaton, was charged with multiple offences.

Officers located both girls at the hotel on the evening of August 18, and later that same night arrested Mr Hania at his home address.

It is alleged Mr Hania kissed and sexually touched both the victims - who cannot be named - without their consent and committed an offence of rape against one of them.

Mr Hania was assisted by a Syrian interpreter at his hearing last week.

His bail has been extended and his trial is due to start on 1 August 2028. It will last five days.
