Man, 35, charged with multiple counts of theft and fraud

Thomas Johnstone, of Bostock Crescent has been charged on six different counts

A 35-year-old man from Weston-under-Wetherley has been charged with multiple counts of theft and fraud including two counts of theft from a shop.

Thomas Johnstone, of Bostock Crescent, was charged with:

  • Four counts of theft from a shop
  • One count of fraud by false representation
  • One count of breaching bail

Warwickshire Police said he is set to appear at Coventry Magistrates' Court today (August 3).

The charges follow incidents at supermarkets in Leamington on 9 July and 26 July and in Lillington on 19 July.
