Major delays on M40 after crash

There are major delays on the M40 this morning (February 25) following a crash involving multiple vehicles.
National Highways reported a crash on the southbound carriageway between junctions 13 (Warwick) and 12 (Gaydon).
Initially the whole carriageway was closed but now lanes two and three have reopened.
There are delays of at least 45 minutes on the motorway.
West Midlands Ambulance Service and Warwickshire Fire and Rescue are at the scene.
