Kenilworth Twinning Association announces 'Languages Café' as visitors come from twin towns
By James Smith 12th May 2026
Kenilworth Twinning Association is "delighted" to announce a celebration of French and German languages this weekend.
The 'Languages Café' will be held on Saturday 16 May, from 10.30am to 12pm, and is open to "lovers of those languages of all ages".
Kenilworth will be hosting around 20 visitors from its German twin town of Eppstein as well as guests from the French town of Langeais - Eppstein's own twin town - making this a "truly international gathering".
The association promised a "friendly and engaging opportunity" to hone your language skills.
"Join us for a relaxed morning of conversation in French and German whilst enjoying a coffee and a pastry with our guests," the group said.
"We want to offer a wonderful opportunity for students to drop in and practise their language skills at all levels with real-life French and German visitors in a welcoming, informal and pressure-free setting.
"The 'café' will also offer a chance to learn more about the Kenilworth Twinning Association and its lively programme of cultural exchanges and activities."
