Police have closed a Kenilworth road due to a fallen tree this afternoon (December 10).

Warwickshire Police said Crackley Lane is closed near the junction with Blind Lane.

Motorists are being told to avoid the area while it is being cleared.

The news comes after a hectic weekend for emergency services which saw 185 reports of fallen trees to Warwickshire County Council in just a few days.
