Kenilworth restaurateur and chief water inspector recognised in King’s Honours Lists

Two Kenilworth locals have been recognised in the King's Birthdays Honours List.
The full list was released over the weekend, with multiple Warwickshire residents receiving honours.
In Kenilworth, chef-owner of The Cross, Andreas Antona has been awarded an MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire).
This has come in recognition of his services to the hospitality sector and to charity.
The founder of the Bocuse d'Or UK Academy recently announced the closure of his Birmingham restaurant Simpsons after 32 years.
Also in Kenilworth, Dr Marcus Rink has also been awarded an OBE (Officer of the Order of the British Empire).
The chief inspector of drinking water at the Drinking Water Inspectorate has been awarded the honour 'for services to water quality'.
Elsewhere in the district, Professor Glen Warren Burley has been given a knighthood for services to the NHS. He is chief executive of The Foundation Group and deputy chief executive of NHS England.
