A Kenilworth pub has been named Warwickshire Pub of the Year by the Coventry and District branch of CAMRA, yet again.

The Old Bakery has received the 2024 title just months after once again being included in the CAMRA Good Beer Guide.

The High Street venue also snapped the award the year before.

CAMRA awarded the Coventry Pub of the Year & Cider Pub of the awards to Hops d'Amour - a micro pub in the city centre - having also done so in 2023.

Following the award the Old Bakery took to social media to say: "Proud doesn't even cover it!

"Thank you CAMRA for our award!

"So happy to receive the regional award as 'Warwickshire pub of the year'."

The pub was included in the 2024 edition of UK's best-selling beer and pub guide at the end of last year, alongside 4,500 other pubs.

The most recent edition celebrates the guide's 51st anniversary and is compiled by thousands of independent volunteers.

The guide is based entirely on personal recommendations made by local CAMRA members, which are reviewed by branches and editors.

Kenilworth's Ale Rooms was also featured in the latest guide.

The Old Bakery also featured in the Grand Tour's second lockdown special, 'Carnage A Trois', in December 2021.

As well as serving a range of cask and draft beers the High Street venue also has 14 guest rooms.
