A Kenilworth pub's new monthly comedy club is set to launch tonight (March 15).

The Clarendon Arms will welcome three award winning comedians including headliner Scott Bennett who has recently appeared on TV comedy shows Live at the Apollo and Mock the Week.

Scott will be joined by Sam Day - who is also a senior partner at KPMG - and Mad Ron, "Uxbridge's third hardest man".

The event at the Castle Road pub is organised by promotion company Comedy at Work, and will be compered by the firm's own Elliot Powel.

"Clarendon Arms Comedy Club in Kenilworth, is the perfect spot for a night of laughter," the website says.

"With a wide selection of comedians, a cosy atmosphere and a full bar. Come join us for a laugh!"
