The Green Man in Kenilworth has reopened tonight after being forced to close due to a burst water main in the town.

The broken pipe was first reported on Saturday with many households being left without water for most of the afternoon.

Severn Trent is still working on the repair, with some homes slowly starting to have mains water returned.

The Green Man on Warwick Road had taken to social media to say it would be temporarily closed for the rest of today.

But an update this afternoon said the bar would open at 5pm, with the kitchen staying closed for the rest of the day.
