Here are the biggest Kenilworth planning stories from the past week.
Six-Storey Student Accommodation
Plans for a new 544-bed student accommodation at Westwood Business Park have been submitted to the council but residents are already raising concerns about the scheme.
The six-storey block of flats is set to replace a "dated" 1980s office occupied by Cambridge Assessment, which is now looking for new premises in the area.
Developer Gillwood says the new building will revitalise the area and help meet rising demand for student accommodation in the city.

HS2 Viaduct Remains Unpopular
Residents in Balsall Common have told HS2 they are still not happy with the designs of a 425-metre viaduct set to plough through the area.
HS2 released images of the proposed structure in July this year, with locals voicing their concerns about the impact on the local area both during construction and after.
This week, HS2 updated Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council and gave some locals an opportunity to voice their concerns.

Football Pitch
Plans to build a new state-of-the-art football pitch near Kenilworth have been revealed.
A 3G artificial pitch could be built at Coventry University's sports complex in Westwood Heath - near the University of Warwick.
If approved, it will replace a grass sports field which gets waterlogged in winter causing problems for local teams.

Estate Pressures GP's
Extra pressure is being put on village GP surgeries because of a lack of facilities at a major new housing development alongside the M40 at Upper Lighthorne Heath.
Cllr Clare Golby said there had been ongoing discussions about GPs, adding that it was a county-wide issue leading to backlogs in the health system.
