Homes Come Under Fire
Over 50 local residents have already objected to a planning application which could see another 180 homes built on the edge of Kenilworth.
Issues around traffic, local services and the sewers have been raised about Richborough Estate's plans for Rouncil Lane.
If approved, the development would see a new junction created off the busy road and the estate built next to the former sixth form site.
Abbey Fields' Future
Councillors have welcomed the end of three years of wrangling over plans for a shared cycle and foot path through Kenilworth's Abbey Fields.

Feedback from the public and campaign groups highlighted heritage concerns, particularly in relation to the potential for widening paths to accommodate cyclists and pedestrians in the same areas.

Stream Diverted
Council planners have signed off updated plans to divert a stream near Balsall Common for HS2 works.
The high speed rail developer already had permission to change the route of the unnamed watercourse near the Sixteen Acre Wood, but has since updated its designs.
Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council approved the amended application last month, with new plans for a 540 metre-long embankment also approved.
