Kenilworth most expensive place to buy in Warwickshire

Kenilworth remains the most expensive Warwickshire town to buy a house, according to new data released by HM Land Registry.
The data uses the average prices of houses sold in each area, across the 12 months leading up to the middle of June 2025.
The last time Nub News looked at this data - in May - Kenilworth was ranked first.
According to the Land Registry data, the average sold property price in Kenilworth over the last year was £4541,380.
Most houses sold in Kenilworth in the last year were semi-detached, with an average price of £404,366.
Detached homes went for an average of £657,313, with terraced properties fetching £317,290.
Overall, the prices in Kenilworth over the last year were three per cent up on the previous year and similar to their peak in 2022.
The average property price across Warwickshire is £358,264.
