Two units at a Kenilworth industrial building have been put on the market with local agent Bromwich Hardy.

Units eight and ten at Bridge Works on Farmer Ward Road are now available to rent.

The first is a metal workshop adjacent to the main building.

The brochure describes it as a "newly refurbished storage / workshop unit with LED lighting and an electric roller shutter door".

It includes three parking spaces and is available for £9,000 per year.

The second, and larger, space was once a showrrom and is available for £21,500 per year.

It is described as: "A single level unit accessed from the pavement / roadside via a personnel door or electric roller shutter door / loading dock but the landlord will consider installing a ramp for access.

"Internally the walls are painted brickwork, the ceiling is white painted concrete planks, a concrete floor and very good natural light. It benefits LED lighting and the warehouse floor is to be repainted."

Bromwich Hardy says the two can be put to a variety of uses.

Earlier this year plans to build a new car showroom at Bridge Works were signed off by Warwick District Council.

The scheme could see a new commercial unit built between the existing building and the boundary wall to "diversify" the offering at the property.

Initial plans also included two second-floor flats but this part of the scheme was scrapped as it was "was not considered acceptable" by the council.

Meanwhile one of the other units - a former carpet showroom - was taken over by a new gym earlier this year.
