An industrial building on "Kenilworth's premier industrial estate" has been put on the market with local agent Bromwich Hardy.

Units 6a and 6b at Princes Drive are now on the market, available for £1 million.

The former home of PackSmart has a total of 1,272.36 square metres of internal space.

"The property benefits from mains water, drainage, electricity [incl 3 phase] and telecoms," the advert says.

"Each bay has an oil-fired warm air blower unit. There is a separate oil fired boiler providing heating and hot water for the offices.

"Lighting is provided throughout the warehouse and offices.

"None of the services in the property have been tested and an ingoing occupier must satisfy themselves as to the suitability for their own purposes. No warranty is given in this regard."

The units can also be rented for £65,000 per year.
