A Kenilworth healthcare agency has promised not to put up its prices this April, despite the rising costs across the industry.

Since opening its doors in Talisman Square last October, Kare Plus has smashed company records for growth, already boasting more clients and candidates than other branches would normally hope to have after a full year.

And while other agencies are set to put up costs next month, branch owner Kavi Pryagh said Kare Plus Kenilworth will not be following the crowd.

"Great News, Kare Plus Kenilworth will not increase our staffing solutions rates in April 2023 unlike other healthcare agencies," he said.

"We pride ourselves in providing you with the best Healthcare Staff at an amazing rate with an experienced office team ready to deliver."

In Kenilworth the firm is recruiting and training candidates to provide home help and to work in care homes but has "big plans" to expand into home care this year after it gets CQC approval.

"It has gone really, really well so far," senior operations executive Tracey Frisby told Nub News.

"Within the Kare Plus branding we have actually smashed records that other franchisees haven't been able to do.

"We are really proud of that."

And the branches success has been particularly impressive given it was forced out of its new offices for weeks following a major flood over Christmas.

The business is now back up and running in the town centre, and is hiring.
