The annual Fireworks Spectacular at Kenilworth Castle will return this year for the first time since before the pandemic.

Organised by Kenilworth Round Table, the event will be held on November 5 2022 having been cancelled for the last two years.

The fireworks night is one of the major fundraising events of the year for the charity, with the money raised used to help fund local initiatives and charities.

The event was also recently listed in Visit England's list of the nine best firework events for 2022.

Organisers said: "The annual Fireworks Spectacular next to Kenilworth Castle is Kenilworth Round Table's main public event of the year.

"We're so excited to be returning in 2022 after a couple of years away.

"This event has grown over many years to its current position as the premier firework display in the region, attracting people to Kenilworth from all over Warwickshire and beyond.

"Our display is always a firm favourite in the town's calendar.

"We raise tens of thousands of pounds for local good causes too – all the funds from the night go straight back in to the community."

Gates will open on November 5 at 5.30pm and tickets are now available on the Kenilworth Round Table website.

The fireworks night is sponsored by Sylvesters the Jewellers, Emmerson Press and Forrest Coffee House.

Park and ride tickets will also be available from Coventry Memorial Park, with ticket holders also given 10 per cent off their order at Forrest Coffee House all evening.
