Kenilworth chain café bids to keep outside seating

A chain café in the centre of Kenilworth has asked for permission to keep its outside seating.

Costa Coffee has submitted an application to Warwick District Council to keep its tables and chairs on Warwick Road, at the entrance to Talisman Square.

Plans submitted to the council say the seating would be in use from 7am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, and between 8.30am and 5pm on Sundays.

The pavement licence application is for five tables and sixteen chairs.

Submitted on August 11, the bid is for permission that would last two years.
