A Kenilworth car repairer has elevated his business by joining the country's leading group of vehicle repair specialists.

Ray Cooke, who has run his Autocraft of Kenilworth repair centre on the Princes Drive Industrial Estate for several years, has joined Fix Auto UK in a move that ensures his business will now operate as Fix Auto Kenilworth, joining 140 other repairers that make up the network.

Prior to joining the organisation, Ray and his team had to attain the BS 10125 certification – a prerequisite in joining and an industry qualification that ensures the high vehicle repair standards are met, something the local repairer achieved with flying colours.

Ray and his team have built up a hugely enviable reputation for exceptional craftsmanship and specialist repairs with vehicles ranging from the humblest of small hatchbacks through to some of the most exotic cars on our roads.

Ray is personally recognised for his meticulous approach to vehicle repair and restoration, particularly when it comes to high-end sports cars and rare classics.

Over the years, he has built an unrivalled reputation in the region and beyond for working on some of the most prestigious and valuable vehicles on both road and racetrack, including icons such as the Ferrari 250 GTO, widely considered one of the most valuable cars in the world.

The centre is currently staffed by a team of five highly skilled technicians. With expansion plans already underway, and BSI 10125 accreditation secured, the business is also preparing to recruit additional technicians and support staff once proposed expansion work on the centre is complete.

Ray said: "Joining Fix Auto UK represents an exciting new chapter for the business. We've built our reputation on craftsmanship and attention to detail, particularly when working with specialist and high-value vehicles. Becoming Fix Auto Kenilworth allows us to retain those values while also benefiting from the strength, structure and opportunities that come from being part of such a highly respected national network.

"I repair cars — that's where my specialisms lie — and I'm the first to admit that support and guidance in developing the business is invaluable. The infrastructure in place to help me grow the business is formidable."

Mark Hutchins, Operations Director for Fix Auto UK, added: "Ray and his team are passionate vehicle repairers with an incredibly strong reputation. The business has so much potential, we're just flattered he has turned to us to help him fulfil his ambitions for growth and development."
