An independent Kenilworth estate agent has announced that is has taken on a new member of staff, as the business continues to expand.

First launched in 2019, Julie Philpot Residential has continued to grow, and with this latest edition it now has a team of four helping clients sell and buy property in Kenilworth.

Business owner Julie Philpot announced at the end of June that she was looking for a "super all rounder" to join the company.

And she has just announced that Trudi Turland has come on board at the Bridge Street business.

Julie said: "We have now hired a perfect person to join our team.

"Trudi will join Dona, myself and Kim. Our successful team are now going to be four members.

"When you consider that I set the business up in April of 2019 and it is now 2022, and considering that there has been Covid in between, it really has been a phenomenal success and I am so pleased.

"Donna and I and Kim are really looking forward to welcoming Kim to our team."
