A housing developer building 99 energy efficient homes in Kenilworth has launched a range of offers for buyers.

Miller Homes West Midlands opened the doors to its new sales centre at Southcrest Rise in February, bringing an exclusive selection of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, as well as a handful of two-bedroom bungalows.

And now buyers looking to be the first to move into the new Glasshouse Lane neighbourhood this summer can benefit from a range of incentives.

The developer has announced a five per cent deposit contribution offer, which could see buyers save as much as £40,000 on the price of a new home.

The offer is particularly attractive to first time buyers needing a hand to get on the ladder, or for families wanting a bigger home but needing a hand with a deposit to keep their monthly mortgage payments down.

Buyers could also receive up to £15,000 in a cash lump-sum to help with mortgage payments or energy bills.

Miller Homes is also offering part exchange on selected plots; simply swap your current house for a brand new home!

The developer will be the customer's guaranteed buyer so there is no chain involved and no estate agent fees to pay. Buyers will receive an independent valuation and often have a decision agreed within seven days.

And with downsizing becoming more prevalent during the cost of living crisis, Miller Homes has launched a special offer aimed at people whose current house may be worth more than the one they are moving into.

Through Assisted Move, it will work with experts to help get the customer's home sold and Miller Homes will then cover the cost of the estate agent fees at the end.

"We've got some amazing offers on selected new homes at Southcrest Rise in Kenilworth. But when they're gone, they're gone," area sales director for Miller Homes Midlands, Alastair Parsons, said.

"Take the stress out of selling your old home as we could be your guaranteed buyer with Part Exchange Plus.

"Perhaps a cash lump-sum of up to £15,000 when you move in would help with mortgage payments or energy bills.

"Or maybe a five per cent deposit contribution would suit you better?

"Whatever your situation, we have a solution to help you get moving!"

All homes at Southcrest Rise have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of B or higher, and selected homes also include Electric Vehicle (EV) charging points and solar panels.

Research from the Home Builders Federation (HBF) reveals that from April, new build houses will save owners on average over £3,000 in annual energy costs.
