Council planners have given the green light for a Kenilworth therapy centre to be turned back into a family home.
Planning permission has been granted for the change of use at 'The Cottage Therapy Centre' on New Street.
The building is currently split with three therapy rooms on the first floor and accommodation split across the ground and third floors.
Signing off on the scheme, a Warwick District Council report said: "Officers consider that the proposal will represent a sustainable form of development and no adverse impacts will significantly or demonstrably outweigh the benefits associated with the proposal.
"The development is considered to represent a sustainable form of development and it is recommended that planning permission be granted."
In the planning application the applicant said turning the building into a four-bedroom house would make it easier for it to be sold.
The application also said the changes to the grade II listed building would be a "positive use".
"The existing layout of the property severely restricts the applicant's ability to sell it," the explained.
"The mixed use of the building caters for a very niche market.
"There is no guarantee that any future occupier would use the therapy rooms themselves or let them out for use by others.
"The therapy rooms could quite easily fall out of use and be absorbed into the residential occupation of the building.
"The purpose of this application is to formalise the use of the therapy rooms as bedrooms.
"This will create a four-bedroom family dwelling instead of the current layout that has a single bedroom at second floor."
