Council planners have given the green light to a new pumping station which is "critical" to the HS2 line.
HS2's plans for Stareton Lane have now been signed off, after back and forth between the developer and Warwick District Council (WDC).
The work will see the facility built in Stoneleigh with a new access road and 22 lighting columns built.
"The pumping station compound houses the equipment required for operation of the pumped track drainage system and components needed to facilitate maintenance," the application said.
"The pumping station is a critical asset required to support the railway operation."

The facility will have a 'green roof' with plants growing on it.
After discussions over the designs and location of the station, WDC approved the plans this month.
"It is not considered that the building works or other construction works could reasonably be carried out elsewhere within the developments permitted limits," a council report said.
"Modifications have been sought on the design and external appearance of the building, as much as is reasonably possible."
The HS2 Act decrees the building will be allowed, with WDC only allowed to comment on certain design elements.
