Graffiti sprayed on walls at Kenilworth Castle

Graffiti has been sprayed on the wall surrounding Kenilworth Castle during two separate incidents this Easter.

Kenilworth Watch has reported that the wall was first defaced on April 6 and then again on April 11.

Police are appealing for information.

A Kenilworth Watch statement said: "Over the Easter holiday period between 1800hrs on 6 April and 0800hrs on 11 April 2023 offender/s have sprayed graffiti on a historic stone wall surrounding Kenilworth Castle.

"A further crime with graffiti on the historic stone wall was made between 1800hrs on 12 April and 0800hrs on 13 April 2023.

"Did you see anything within this period that maybe suspicious or have potential reference to these crimes?"

"If you have any information - please contact Warwickshire Police on 101 or alternatively you can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
