Full road closure details announced as Kenilworth Carnival returns for 2022

The Kenilworth Carnival will return this weekend and will include the traditional parade for the first time in two years.

On Saturday (July 2) he procession will start on Forrest Road before taking a winding route around the town, returning to Abbey Fields after two hours.

Warwick District Council has issued a number of road closures across Kenilworth to allow this to happen.

The following roads will be closed from 1pm to 3pm on Saturday, July 2:

  • Forrest Road
  • Castle Road
  • Castle Hill
  • High Street
  • Bridge Street
  • Rosemary Hill
  • Priory Road
  • Waverley Road
  • Warwick Road
  • St John Street
  • Roseland Avenue
  • St Nicholas Avenue
  • Randall Road
  • The Square
  • Smalley Place
  • Abbey End

Pedestrian access will remain in place for all the roads.
