The first homes are set to be released for sale within the new phase at the Westwood Park development in Burton Green.

William Davis Homes is releasing its first homes for sale at the development, off Westwood Heath Road, and opening the doors to its new marketing suite and showhome on Saturday 29 November.

The developer is building 70 new homes on a four-and-a-half acre site at Westwood Park.

A total of 46 homes will be sold on the open market, ranging in size from two to four bedrooms.

Michele Rose, group sales and marketing director for William Davis, said: "Westwood Park is a growing community in a great location, and we're pleased to be bringing our new homes to the development.

"The land where we are building is in a prime position within the overall development, conveniently positioned next to a new Sainsburys Local convenience store.

"We're looking forward to showing visitors around our four-bedroom showhome, so they can see for themselves the quality of build and design which they can expect from a William Davis home."

Once complete, Westwood Park is set to comprise a total of 425 new homes with public allotments, a significant amount of green space – including play areas – and a network of public walking and cycling routes.

Planners at Warwick District Council gave the go-ahead for the detailed elements of William Davis' plans, including the designs of the homes, in late 2024, and work began on site early this year.

The public launch of William Davis' development at Westwood Park will take place on Saturday, November 29, and Sunday, November 30. The development will open to visitors from 11am to 5pm, Thursday to Monday.
