A couple charged with a string of different thefts and shoplifting offences are due to appear in court next month.

Stuart Enston, 39, and his partner Vanessa Tattersall, 37, will appear at Warwickshire Magistrates' Court on 31 May following a series of thefts of parcels from people's houses.

The duo, both of De Normanville Avenue, Leamington, were arrested following a report of a distraction theft at Shires Retail Park in Leamington, Warwickshire Police said.

Enquiries carried out by the force linked the couple to 21 other offences.

Mr Enston was charged with 12 counts of theft and Ms Tattersall with 21 counts of theft.

The alleged offences occurred in Leamington and Kenilworth between October 2023 and March 2024.
