Car and trailer appointments are now available at Kenilworth's Cherry Orchard recycling centre once again.

Thirty-minute appointments can now be booked seven days a week, with Cherry Orchard just one of three Warwickshire sites offering them.

The news comes just a week after Warwickshire County County made a further 5,000 bookable appointments available countywide, and announced on-the-day booking for the first time since before the pandemic.

Although regulations have eased and social distancing and wearing face coverings are no longer legally required, Warwickshire County Council is asking visitors to continue to keep their distance from other customers on site.

Councillor Heather Timms, Portfolio Holder for Environment, Climate & Culture said: "We are constantly looking for ways to improve the facilities and access to our household waste recycling centres.

"With the launch of these new car and trailer bookings, it's never been easier to book a slot for your recycling."
