Two burglars who broke into a flat in The Oaks Precinct, Kenilworth were scared off having forced their way into the building.

At around 3pm on Saturday, May 29 two men smashed a window and damaged a door to get into the Caesar Road premises. They then broke into one of the flats inside.

Whilst they were inside the flat they were disturbed and then escaped on foot.

It is believed that a black saloon motor vehicle may also be involved.

Police have said that: "One of the offenders is described being large build wearing baseball cap, blue top and with a black beard."

Anybody with information on the incident can contact Warwickshire Police on 101 or alternatively you can contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 1111. Please quote incident 222 of 29 May 2021.
