Berkeley House in the centre of town is currently being marketed by property agent Shortland Horne.
The building at The Square is home to Tree House Bookshop as well as other companies including Enhanced Mobility and SALT + BEAR Pilates.
According to the advert, the building brings in £100,000 in rent annually across the two shop fronts and 14 office rooms.
None of the businesses or their tenancies will be affected by the sale, and will remain open as usual.
The brochure describes Berkeley House as: "A fantastic investment opportunity set in the heart of Kenilworth town centre.
"The property comprises of individual offices providing a rent roll of circa £100k.
