A 14-year-old boy was attacked and robbed by other teenagers on Kenilworth Common on Saturday afternoon (July 17).

The boy was walking towards the bushes at around 6pm when he was punched in the head, threatened and mugged.

He was forced to hand over a silver iPhone X, a black Tommy Hilfiger wallet containing a quantity of cash and a small grey bag with a KWD logo on it.

Police said: "He suffered non-life threatening injuries but was left shaken by the incident."

The offenders are described as "white males around 14-years-old and approximately 5ft 4in tall."

Enquiries are currently ongoing and police are keen to speak to anyone who was in the area, who saw the incident or has further information.

Anyone who can help the ongoing investigation should call 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 quoting incident number 302 of 17 July.
